Itinerary
Day 1: Moscow historical center

Our three-days’ acquaintance with Moscow begins in its historical heart Red Square and the Kremlin. We will see iconic St Basil’s (visit is optional/ extra), Lenin Mausoleum, have an ice cream in GUM department store. Then we stroll along beautiful Nikolskaya, go out to Lubyanka and look at the KGB. From the rooftop of Detsky Mir we will look at Moscow center and resume our walk towards the Bolshoi Theatre. We’ll explore the small charming Moscow streets and find ourselves in Tverskaya, the main city’s thoroughfare.

The Kremlin is the official working residence of the Russian President and the oldest part of the city. Listen to the commentary that details the history and culture of Russia and its present day. Kremlin tour on the grounds is optional/ extra and is to be booked upfront.

Day 2: Modern Moscow

Day 3: Moscow day 3 off the beaten track

The real cold war bunker uncovers the secret history of USA-Soviet Cold War behind the blast-proof doors. In active service in the 1960s–1970s the bunker was designed as a command-centre for strategic aviation.

The colourful wooden replica of the summer palace of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich, is a complex of several single-subject museums. The near-by open-air market, which dates back to the 17th century, is selling original paintings, traditional crafts, and wares at bargain price.
