Along with the other Stalinist skyscrapers scattered throughout the city, it is part of the group of monumental buildings, designed in the middle of the 20th century. Our recommendation is to observe this building through the «Colina dos Pardais» Park, from there the building looks like a fairytale castle, built in the middle of the forest.
