Itinerary
The activity consists of the following stages:
1. You will be picked from your hotel / apartment in a private car / taxi / van for transfer to the Russian banya location (located close to the center of Moscow).
2. Your English-speaking assistant will tell you the basics about visiting banyas and help with intepreting necessary data into English. You choose the type of banya that you would like to take (e.g. original Russian, Finnish, Turkish, etc).
3. You will be provided with individual slippers, banya (shower) cap in order to start the activity. Within the tour you will have at your disposal a whole private banya compartment (i.e. no other people except for you / your guests).
4. The standard banya course duration is 1 hr. During the procedure you will be able to go to hot sauna (‘parilka’), dip into a pool (normal and ice cold water) and take some slapping with a birch bath bundle (broom).
Also, you can enjoy food / drinks (your own ones or from the restaurant on the spot) and enjoy the extra services that you ordered (banya master-class, massages, herbal phyto barrels etc).
