Stop At: Moscow Metro, Moscow Russia
I’m a licensed metro guide, and will take you to one the most magnificent underground railway systems in the world. Together we’ll see 8 stations, each different and unique, as I explain their history and architecture. You’ll have plenty of time to take pictures and ask me questions.
I’ll bring to your attention some details you wouldn’t notice otherwise and tell stories you wouldn’t find in guide books. Also, I’ll provide a lot of visual materials, like maps and photographs, in order to give you a better understanding of the Moscow underground system. You’ll learn things not many Muscovites know. As we explore the stations, I’ll give lots of tips on how to use the subway like a local.
As the Moscow metro can be quite noisy at times, everyone will be provided with a radio headset allowing all participants to listen to my commentary.
